ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017 - 18 IS OPEN
The Academic Year starts from April and ends in March of the ensuing year, with vacations in May-June and December. The exact dates of reopening and closing of Aishly Public School, including other holidays, are mentioned in the School Calendar published in advance and given to each parent. The lower age limit for admission to class I is 5 years on 1st July of the year of joining the school. Similarly correlation of age and the class to which admission is sought is a must. Students who are overage shall not be offered admission. Birth certificate from the Municipal Board or a recognized institution only will be accepted to withdraw the name from school if at any stage it is found that the proof of age submitted is not correct.

The school does not accept any donations for admission.
CERTIFICATES & UNDERTAKINGS
All new entrants shall have to produce transfer certificate from the school last attended within a period of 15 days of their joining the school. They are also required to produce a medical certificate to the effect that they are free from all contagious and infections diseases and are otherwise physically fit enough to be admitted to a residential school. A student would be sent home if found medically unfit later or is unable to take part in games and other co-curricular activities. The school fee will not be refunded in such cases. The parents have to give a written undertaking to this effect.

The school fee includes charges payable towards tuition, boarding and lodging, Statement of account showing details of personal expenses is sent to the guardian at the end of each term and the balance is carried over to the next term.
If the installments of the school fee are not paid within due dates, a penalty @ Rs.5/- per day is levied. If the installment of school fee and penalty due is not paid within 30 days, the parent may be asked to withdraw his child/children. Payments should be made to the school by Cash.The dues payable are always to be deposited in the school office with the cashier.
